• DDS T/A Crossbordertours.com (CBT) is a specialist broker for vehicle and driver hire.
• Transparent pricing, partial upfront payment may be required.
• Primary customer responsible for fees, cancellations, and booking on behalf of traveling party or company.
• CBT acts as a broker, providing alternative transportation if necessary.
• £75 cleaning charge for vehicle soiling or untidy use.
• No liability for delays caused by traffic, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Additional charges for extended vehicle usage, determined by the driver.
• 25% non-refundable deposit required upon booking; balance due 6 weeks before travel date.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and alcohol consumption prohibited in vehicles.
• Maximum passenger capacity regulated for safety.
• No liability for lost personal belongings or luggage.
• Immediate charge for repair cost in case of vandalism or damage caused by the customer.
• Amendments to booking must be requested 72 hours in advance and confirmed in writing.
• 28 days minimum notice for hire cancellation or termination; deposit payments non-refundable. 50% refund of total invoice if cancellation made 28 days prior to journey. 0% thereafter
• Forbidden to contact the company directly for services; bookings must be made via CBT.
• No responsibility for delays outside reasonable control, e.g., traffic, accidents, weather.
• No liability or compensation for mechanical issues, alternative vehicles may be provided.
• Non-refundable payments on cancellations by customer
• 28 days prior travel date for final payment; right to cancel booking if payment unsuccessful.
• Minimum £75 charge for damages/spillages, fines paid in cash to the driver. Drinking allowed only if agreed prior to booking and at driver’s discretion.
• Extra drop-offs, re-routes, or extra hours charged accordingly by the driver.
• Different vehicle type or multiple smaller vehicles may be sent in case of mechanical breakdown.
• For airport pick-ups and drop-offs, new booking required if flight delayed by more than 1 hour. Previous bookings only valid for initially stated times.
• Governing law and jurisdiction is the United Kingdom.
